Job Overview: 

As a Sr. Campaign Manager, you will shape and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs that surround our target accounts and high-intent prospects with high-value experiences that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact. Your work will combine strong campaign strategy, tight cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution across paid media, ABM platforms, and technical content activation.

  • You will develop and run results-driven campaigns that align to business priorities. This includes planning the right mix of channels, messaging, and content in order to influence buying teams and accelerate deals. You will orchestrate paid media, digital programs, and coordinated sales-aligned touches to ensure every campaign delivers both reach and meaningful engagement.
  • A core part of your role will be leading the execution of ABM programs within platforms like Demandbase or 6sense. You’ll activate surround strategies, manage audience segmentation, monitor intent and engagement signals, and recommend next steps based on real-time insights.
  • You will collaborate closely with product marketing, technical teams, and partners to deliver credible, technically rich content that fuels campaigns. You will ensure the right assets, including solution briefs, demos, videos, and partner content, are activated across each motion and mapped to the appropriate buyer stage for maximum impact.
  • In partnership with marketing operations and analytics teams, you’ll continuously evaluate what’s working and what isn’t. You’ll use data from ABM platforms, HubSpot, and paid channels to identify trends, adjust campaign execution, refine targeting, and improve messaging and creative. Your insights will help shape future plays and ensure we’re consistently improving account engagement, funnel progression, and revenue influence.
  • Overall, you will be a strategic executor who can think holistically about the customer journey, collaborate across teams, and bring campaigns to life with a high sense of ownership and a focus on measurable results.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B campaign management, with a proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM strategy and execution, including platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in paid media strategy and execution, ideally in enterprise or technical markets.
  • Experience working with technical content teams, partners, and third-party vendors to deliver high-value demand-driving programs.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate performance insights into optimized campaign strategies.
  • Technically curious and comfortable supporting complex enterprise and infrastructure-oriented buying cycles.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, sales, product, and operations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a proactive, can-do mindset and strong ownership mentality.
