Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, utilize predictive analytics for audience targeting, optimize performance, and maintain client communication.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale email marketing campaigns from development through to execution, ensuring alignment with customer lifecycle segmentation and predictive analytics strategies, with a focus on achieving a minimum CTR of 1% and a Placed Order Rate of 0.10% or higher.
- Establish advanced targeting strategies based on customer segmentation and predictive analytics, optimizing precision in audience engagement to drive results, while maintaining Churn under 5% of MRR per quarter.
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, establishing benchmarks, recommending future tests, and working towards achieving an MRR of $50K+.
- Proof and QA campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution, leveraging robust technical knowledge to diagnose and solve any complex issues.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis of competitor programs, identifying key areas of opportunity related to targeting strategies, promotional offers, and cadence/delivery timing, and deriving actionable insights for client strategies.
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other eCommerce technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Attentive) to support and enhance campaign execution, and manage client databases to run more complex analyses that generate revenue-driving insights.
- Analyze and track campaign data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and maximize performance, aiming to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, and growth goals, while consistently delivering projects that span multiple marketing channels.
- Serve as the primary contact for your accounts, maintaining prompt and professional communication, including regular touchpoints through email, Slack, and video calls. Present to senior leadership within client organizations, securing their buy-in on strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the sales team to teach them how to identify ideal clients, sell services, perform demos, and introduce strategies, supporting the sales process with key insights and occasionally leading sales meetings to win over clients.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3+ years of experience in technical email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo and/or other email and SMS marketing tools like Attentive, Postscript, Hubspot, and Mailchimp.
- Experience managing lifecycle marketing programs with measurable results, capable of independently handling complex projects and deriving strategic insights.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly email marketing best practices, with expertise in omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with senior leadership and C-suite executives within client organizations.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically while managing multiple stakeholders and guiding newer team members.
- High attention to detail, committed to meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy with minimal supervision.
- Ability to resolve problems and roadblocks independently, knowing when to escalate issues and when to navigate conflict, while consistently maintaining a positive attitude.
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing, ambiguous environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement across the team and organization.

- Achieve a minimum Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 1%.
- Maintain a Placed Order Rate of 0.05% or higher.
- Keep churn under 5% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per quarter.
