In this role, you will:
- Lead execution of cross-functional initiatives across SCF products by partnering with product, operations, risk, technology, and control teams to deliver against strategic business priorities.
- Act as a self-directed owner of workstreams, proactively identifying issues, asking the right questions, and driving solutions without needing detailed direction.
- Perform rigorous business, operational, and strategic analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Develop executive-level recommendations and communicate them clearly and persuasively, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint-based storytelling tailored for senior leadership audiences.
- Translate strategy into action by driving business execution, including initiative planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and follow-through to ensure results are delivered.
- Bring an inquisitive mindset to problem-solving-challenging assumptions, validating facts, and continuously looking for better, simpler, and more effective ways of working.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, while managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Support initiatives spanning strategic growth, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience, adapting quickly as business priorities evolve.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders, using clear logic, data-driven insights, and concise messaging.
- Naturally inquisitive and intellectually curious, with a tendency to ask "why," validate assumptions, and dig beneath surface-level answers.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Experience collaborating effectively across functions and levels within a large, matrixed organization.
- AI fluency and prompt craftsmanship, with practical experience using enterprise AI tools to accelerate analysis, insight generation, and content creation.
- Practical exposure to intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA, OCR, workflow automation) to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
