The role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team.
We’re looking for someone who can source new leads and opportunities with outbound messaging, as well as triage leads who come to us via events, signups, content downloads.
In this role, you will:
- Generate sales qualified leads by making phone calls, sending emails, and connecting with prospects through social media channels within the target market.
- Communicate Push’s offerings by providing relevant information at each stage of the engagement process.
- Research target accounts and personas, and build messaging campaigns that align to their initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of account details in the CRM, including activities, reports, and follow-up tasks.
- Stay informed about Push Security’s product, differentiators, value proposition, and relevant security technologies to effectively identify and qualify leads.
- Conduct research on target customers and identify prospects using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other online resources.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to strategically identify new business opportunities.
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of sales and business development experience. Security specific experience is a huge plus.
- Experience working with sales tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay and others.
- Comfort and familiarity engaging with prospects by phone and email. Strong communication skills.
- A proven track record of putting customers first.
- The ability to be ‘audible-ready’ and adapt to conversations with prospective customers.
