As the Senior Salesforce Business and Data Analyst, you understand business processes, technical solutions, financial and profile data, and business impacts to participate and lead various strategic work efforts. You will lead, guide, and participate in cross functional/pillar meetings, working sessions, etc. and communicate/advance the conversations to accomplish the goals/priorities of the work. You will explain and advise on work at different levels depending on the audience. You build and maintain relationships within the organization in support of our strategic goals and objectives.

• You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience supporting Customer Relationship Management systems (e.g., Salesforce.com), preferably in support of Sales and Data Teams
• You have a basic understanding of data models and data transformation tools including data lineage between sources, data quality resolution, and data governance
• Your experience includes executing day-to-day Salesforce.com functional and data processes
• Your experience includes extensive understanding of data in the user’s journey and partnering with internal business teams to become an expert in their business, processes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Your experience includes providing in depth analysis and recommendations on business and data problems.
• You have a keen ability in collaborating with stakeholders and cross functional teams to make key decisions to deliver on strategic objectives.
• You have experience in applying your strong influencing skills to get group decisions while effectively managing/participating in cross functional working teams and ensure alignment, agreement, and advancement. 
• Experience as a data analyst a plus

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
