Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (BA) with a background in Adobe Commerce to join our dynamic agency team. You will have 4+ years of experience in an Agile environment and be a subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce platforms. We are looking for a proactive individual who will be a consultant to our external stakeholders.

This is a remote-friendly position reporting to Senior Business Analyst Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the subject matter expert on Adobe Commerce, having a comprehensive understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem, including CRM, ESP, OMS, ERP, and related technologies.
  • You will plan and facilitate Sprint activities, ensuring Agile principles are applied effectively
  • You will elicit business requirements during the Discovery phase, collaborating with designers to create visual mockups that represent client needs.
  • You will work with architects to understand the technical approach, create functional specifications, and manage the development backlog by creating and prioritizing tickets.
  • You will visualize requirements through the creation of process flows, data flows, and other diagrammatic tools.
  • You will collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine the product backlog, ensuring agreement on client and project goals.
  • You will support Quality Assurance (QA) by developing test cases and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consultancy or agency preferred).
  • Expertise in Adobe Commerce and familiarity with the broader ecommerce ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions and consult with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable simplifying and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience implementing Sprint activities, including Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Adobe Business Practitioner certifications (AEM, Target, Analytics) is a nice to have.

The deadline to apply is March 6, 2025.

The annual salary range for this position is$78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
