The Team -

Join the team behind Covéa's biggest change initiatives. The Transformation Office delivers strategic and regulatory programmes, bringing together project management, business analysis and change expertise to turn ideas into real business value.

What you can expect in this role

• You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering business and data change, helping turn ideas into solutions that create real value for our customers and colleagues.
• You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects and delivery teams, helping to define clear requirements and ensure successful delivery of data products, reporting and analytical capabilities.
• You’ll contribute to strategic and regulatory change initiatives, focusing on quality, collaboration, traceability and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• You’ll lead the analysis of complex business and data requirements, translating needs into clear, delivery-ready solutions that support informed decision-making.
• You’ll have opportunities to work across a variety of transformation programmes and business areas, broadening your experience and developing your expertise.
• You’ll help shape and improve Business Analysis practices, providing guidance and support to colleagues while championing best practice.
• You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed, within a collaborative team that values learning, innovation and professional growth.

What you might bring

• Strong Business Analysis experience, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• A solid understanding of data and analytics, including data requirements, mappings, data quality and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the curiosity to challenge assumptions and find practical solutions.
• Experience working in project, agile or change delivery environments, balancing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• A collaborative approach, with a willingness to share knowledge, support colleagues and continuously improve the way we work.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience working on data, analytics or reporting initiatives.
• Exposure to modern data platforms, such as Databricks.
• Experience within insurance or another regulated industry.
