We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our Client Services team.


Position Overview

The Senior Business Analyst will be critical in ensuring that our insurance solutions are delivered seamlessly to our customers. You will work closely with the delivery team, product managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements, optimize delivery processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. Your insights and recommendations will directly contribute to the successful deployment and adoption of our solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed customer requirements and expectations. Translate these requirements into actionable specifications for the delivery team.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data from core systems such as policy administration, compensation and agent management systems. Support the delivery team in their effort to integrate these core systems with Sureify’s platform. 
  • Solution Delivery Support: Work with the delivery team to ensure that solutions are implemented according to customer requirements and within agreed timelines. Monitor progress and address any issues or deviations promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the delivery process. Work with cross-functional teams to find and implement solutions promptly.
  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed customer requirements and expectations. Translate these requirements into actionable specifications for the delivery team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the delivery process. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project status, changes, and updates.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that delivered solutions meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Customer Training & Support: Assist in creating and delivering training materials and documentation for customers. Provide support to clients during the implementation phase and address any questions or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst, with a focus on customer delivery or client-facing roles. 
  • Experience in the life & annuity industry is a must. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: SQL and Excel is a must. 
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Base annual salary
$130,000$155,000 USD
