POSITION: Senior Business Analyst – Procurement (9796887)
JOB LOCATION: 10353 Richmond Avenue, Houston, Texas 77042 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may telecommute]
ResponsibilitiesDUTIES: Provide Oracle Cloud Functional design solution for the Procurement Streams. Configure and support the Oracle Cloud Procurement system with a global footprint and complex system. Lead in troubleshooting and analyzing production issues including documentation of the root cause and configuration changes required to resolve. Lead full life cycle new Oracle Cloud ERP implementations including design assessments, solution architecture, enhancements, and production support. Collaborate with core business partners to identify efficiencies in existing processes by utilizing system configurations and automation. Create service requests with Oracle and work with developers, DBAs, and Oracle to resolution. Develop solutions to leverage Oracle applications functionality for the Oracle Supply Chain Suite of Modules. Interpret and convert data based on business requirements and shepherd the data for delivery. Work with existing systems to track and manage issues and enhancement opportunities. Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and perform functional testing. Understand and modify the Application Configuration as required including system setups, flex-fields, profile options, etc. Conduct user sessions for requirements and testing. Review the analytical needs for the platform, work with business in refining the use cases, and create the design solutions encompassing Snowflake, Sigma ecosystem. Implement the design solutions, enable AI capabilities to provide accurate, reliable, faster insights, and conduct roadshows demonstrating the capabilities to business for seamless adoption. Provide technical leadership in the architecture, design, and implementation of complex data ingestion and transformation pipelines, specifically utilizing the Snowflake cloud data platform. Lead collaboration efforts with cross-functional teams including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data strategy, gather requirements, and deliver high-impact analytical solutions and insights. Manage the design and development of complex dashboards and reporting structures using Business Intelligence (BI) tools including Sigma to translate raw data into actionable business intelligence. Lead assessments, demos, solution architecture, and functional solution design. Build cloud native data, reporting platforms and leading the E2E lifecycle to provide complete Business Solution. Implementing Oracle R12/Cloud ERP; Apply experience in full life cycle Oracle R12/Oracle Cloud Fusion Projects implementations. 25% domestic and international travel required.
QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Master degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Engineering or Computer Science and 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience in a related occupation implementing Oracle R12/Cloud ERP; applying experience in full life cycle Oracle R12/Oracle Cloud Fusion Projects implementations; leading assessments, demos, solution architecture, and functional solution design; building cloud native data, reporting platforms and leading the E2E lifecycle to provide complete Business Solution; applying experience with cloud based data warehousing solutions including Snowflake; leading the development of sophisticated reports and interactive dashboards using industry-standard BI visualization tools including Sigma. 25% domestic and international travel required.
