Job Description:

You will help ensure that our client requirements are met through the delivery of digital solutions. We ask that you have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working in Agile development environments, and managing complex projects. You will lead the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations. You will also bring expertise in Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud to the table, ensuring an integrated approach to managing workflows and content delivery. This is a remote position reporting to Business Analyst Director. You will not have any managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the gathering and documentation of complex business requirements, translating them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • You will promote communication between our clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure delivery of AEM solutions.

  • You will provide expertise on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) best practices, helping our clients use the platform's full capabilities.

  • You will collaborate with Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and daily stand-ups

  • You will conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies, ensuring potential project roadblocks are addressed promptly.

  • You will facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and user acceptance testing.

  • You will maintain a high level of detail and quality control over documentation and project deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with an understanding of its architecture, workflows, and integration capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar).

  • Experience with Agile development environments, with expertise in collaborating across teams.

  • Expertise in writing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for complex, multi-faceted projects.

  • Experience with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud platforms, managing workflows, and optimizing content delivery processes.

  • Experience explaining requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience leading multiple, large-scale AEM implementations or digital transformation projects.

  • Experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder agreement sessions.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
