As a Senior Brand Manager on the Publishing team, you will be a driving force behind the strategic planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns, player engagement initiatives, and brand management for Singularity 6’s products. You'll oversee the coordination of cross-platform promotional efforts, ensuring a unified brand experience for players on PC, console, and beyond. This role demands a mix of creative vision, strategic thinking, and leadership to support and grow the success of the studio’s products across platforms and verticals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Brand Strategy & Execution: You will drive Palia’s brand strategy, developing and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with players while maintaining a consistent and appealing brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-Platform Marketing: You will leverage your experience working on multi-platform titles to navigate the nuanced requirements for game launches across platforms. You will ensure that all campaigns, assets, and communications adhere to platform-specific guidelines and seek cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Player Engagement: You will be accountable for fostering a highly-engaged player community through creative engagement tactics, strategic communications, and contribute to initiatives across all platform communities.
  • Asset Development & Coordination: You will partner with internal teams (Publishing, Gameplay, Live Ops) and external platform partners to create and manage promotional assets, including trailers, key art, screenshots, social content, and more.
  • Brand Growth & Community Synergy: You will ensure a seamless blend of branding and community engagement strategies that enhance Palia’s growth across new and existing player bases, including CRM and community management campaign to optimize player acquisition and retention.

What You Bring:

  • You have proven experience in brand management, product marketing, or community management, with a strong background in gaming.
  • You possess expertise in multi-platform launches, with a proven track record of leading marketing efforts for games across PC and consoles, including experience with major console platform partners.
  • You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns, partnerships, initiatives, and assets simultaneously.
  • You have a deep understanding of brand strategy and how to implement creative and strategic initiatives that grow player engagement and elevate the brand across platforms.
  • You are passionate about creating healthy player communities, with experience in community management, fostering engagement, and responding to player feedback.

Nice to Have:

  • Game Development Experience: You have 6+ years in video game-industry brand management and a solid understanding of game production pipelines and how marketing integrates with game development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’re experienced in working with teams across various departments (Live Ops, QA, Marketing ) and are comfortable navigating complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Passion for Online Games: Your enthusiasm for the gaming industry, particularly online games, keeps you focused on improving the player experience and maintaining strong player engagement.

Salary Information

The Los Angeles base salary range for this full-time position is $125,400 - $155,400 annually for a Senior Brand Manager. Base salary will be determined by role, level, and location. The range listed for each job is the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries, for the positions across S6-approved states. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors. Please discuss your specific salary expectations for your preferred location during our interview process.

Compensation details reflect only the base salary, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits such as 401k matching.

Location:

  • Choice of Remote (in approved states) or Hybrid office options in Los Angeles, CA or Orange County, CA unless noted above
  • Aligned to core Pacific Coast hours (10:00am - 4:00pm PT) 
  • Remote eligible locations (the United States): California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington
