You deliver innovation strategy and drive projects execution to support AC plans. The Senior Brand Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and analyze in-market performance.

Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Travel requirements: Approx. 4 business trips per year (Company HQ in San Diego for Sales Meeting and Company Events, EM visits, etc.)
Location: This is a remote opportunity based out of NJ/NY/PA/CA. In office expectations for tastings, brainstorms, workshops, etc. will be required about 2 times per month.
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking along with deep understanding of consumer and category insights, as well as market trends to develop a disruptive innovation pipeline to ensure growth sufficiency over a 3-year horizon
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization, influencing and negotiating to drive innovation initiatives forward
- Provide inspiring leadership to cross-functional team members and help pull teams together to manage priorities and deliver on goals.
- Be accountable for ensuring on-time launch of complex new platform innovation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Combining compelling story-telling and sharp business acumen, develop compelling launch plans to enable successful customer sell-in and consumer excitement
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the team

- Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders

- Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to use syndicated data sources to assess competitive space, bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy
- Strong project management expertise with experience balancing big-picture with day-to-day execution
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
- Consumer insights, preferably in the consumer goods sector in matrix environment
- Confidence in managing and optimizing Financial P&L
- Agility over Perfection
- Execution with excellence and prioritizing results
- Follow through on commitment and persevere through challenges to find creative solutions
Job specific requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, ideally working on Natural Foods brands and/or at start-ups/smaller CPG companies, including:
- Prior experience in CPG innovation and commercialization
- Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts
