Mission: As Senior Brand Manager, Candy Equity, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Sour Patch Kids and Swedish Fish brands' strategies across equity, communication, and activation plans. This role is responsible for supporting category P&L delivery by driving improved investment ROI, increased brand health metrics, and efficient execution of campaign launch plans. This will require managing an external agency ecosystem to drive creative excellence and collaborating with the cross functional community to drive business performance.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated communication, activation, and media plans, maximizing Media ROI, working with internal and external media partners
- Work with internal and external partners (e.g., I&A, Nielsen) to identify brand and category trends to inform brand health and communications strategy
- Partner with Consumer Insights to deliver key communications/media testing, measurement, and on-going optimization
- Proactively seek out and recommend opportunities for brand/celebrity/property partnerships & collaborations resonant to Sour Patch Kids' core consumer
- Partner with cross-functional team including but not limited to I&A, Sales, finance, supply chain, R&D, quality, etc. to ensure flawless execution of the plans
- Support translation of national campaigns to shopper marketing executions
- Drive P&L / category financial performance by managing deployment of Candy media & agency budgets in line with target and making informed prioritization and resource allocation recommendations
- Lead annual SOW and budgeting process with each agency partner, delivering SOWs on time and within budget parameters
- Establish and manage key brand KPIs, analyzing data to optimize brand performance

- 3+ years of progressive experience in Brand Management, working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100MM+)
- Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape/working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc)
- Proven Brand Management experience with demonstrated results
Travel requirements:
- Approx. 3-4 business trips per year
- Travel will be required on an as-needed basis; for example sales meetings/conferences, agency meetings, brand events, etc.
