We’re looking for an experienced Brand Designer who can bring our visual identity to life across digital and physical touchpoints with a strong edge in AI-powered image generation. Reporting to our Head of Brand, this role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and brand storytelling.

You’ll be responsible for designing high-quality brand assets, executing packaging and retail collateral, and developing product imagery using AI tools. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up in the world—from the first impression on-shelf or online to the moment someone holds our product in their hands.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and evolve brand visuals across web, social, email, and paid media
  • Develop concepts and production-ready files across packaging and retail (e.g., end caps)
  • Help build and maintain sales collateral, including buyer-facing presentation decks
  • Create high-quality product imagery using AI tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Firefly, Kling, etc.)
  • Collaborate with brand and product development teams on launches and campaigns
  • Collaborate with external vendors (printers, 3D modelers, motion animators) on production
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual systems and maintain consistency
  • Iterate on creative based on performance and feedback in a fast-paced environment
  • Help keep creative request intake and delivery organized and on schedule

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • Demonstrated proficiency in both Adobe (Illustrator & Photoshop) and Figma
  • A strong portfolio showing range across brand, packaging, digital, and AI work
  • Mastery in typography, color, and composition layout fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for image generation, and manipulation
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color and composition
  • Ability to create both polished brand assets and fast-turnaround creative
  • Comfort managing multiple projects, a collaborative attitude, and eagerness to grow
  • A self-starter who can take direction but also bring original ideas to the table

Nice-To-Haves

  • Experience in wellness brands preferred
  • Motion animation or 3D modeling skills
