Exusia, a cutting-edge digital transformation consultancy, seeks Tableau Developer to join our global delivery team's Industry Analytics practice in India.

What’s the Role?

The Tableau developer role will be part of our Analytics practice and will be focused on delivering best of breed technology solutions based on Azure, MSBI and Databricks stack for Exusia’ s clients. The candidate will also be part of the practice team and contribute to Competency development & driving innovation through various internal initiatives within the company. Candidate should have more than 5 years of experience with broad exposure to Microsoft technologies.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Criteria for the Role!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
  • Work on client projects to deliver Microsoft based Data engineering & Analytics solutions
  • Provide hands on technical leadership for relevant technical skills on multiple projects if required
  • Engineer and implement scalable analytics solutions both on premise & Cloud platforms
  • Design data pipelines to ingest & integrate structured/unstructured data from heterogeneous sources
  • Collaborate with delivery leadership to deliver projects on time adhering to the quality standards
  • Contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Analytics practice by helping with solutioning for prospects
  • Contribute to talent recruitment, competency building and providing mentorship to junior resources

Mandatory Skills:

  • 4 to 9 years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
  • Tableau certification is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge on SQL Server/SSIS. Should have solid experience using SSIS for ETL processing
  • Experience on Azure Synapse Analytics with demonstrated hands on experience on at least 1 project
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Data pipeline tools Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks
  • Working knowledge of Power BI & Embedded Analytics using Power BI Embedded and .NET
  • Problem-solving skills along with good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work on any Azure Services in the Analytics space

Requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Working knowledge of SSRS and SSAS

· Exposure to Analytics services available on Azure

· Installation & Configuration of Microsoft tools both On Premise & Azure

· Understanding of Data Modeling & Other ETL tools is desirable

· Exposure to Other BI / Visual Analysis tools like Tableau, Looker is desirable
