The Digital Velocity Senior Sales Manager will lead and grow our sales technical resources teams, driving the success of our Digital Velocity Solutions business. In this role, you will build, mentor, and manage a team of managers and sales professionals focused on accelerating business growth through technical excellence, strategic guidance, and operational discipline. This position requires deep market knowledge, a strong leadership presence, and a passion for scaling high-performing teams.
* What you will do:
* Lead and inspire a national team of sales professionals, aligning efforts with organizational priorities and revenue goals.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and career development to attract and retain top talent.
* Set clear expectations and KPIs; coach and support team members to ensure consistent high performance.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve deal velocity and win rates, with a focus on high-value opportunities in cloud, data, AI, and software engineering.
* Assess and adjust roles and responsibilities to align with evolving business needs and market dynamics.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Drive pipeline generation and opportunity management to ensure consistent alignment with revenue objectives.
* Monitor pipeline health, providing accurate forecasting and actionable insights to executive leadership and sales teams.
* Standardize business development practices, reporting, and solution analysis across the organization.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, ITS, Solutions Architects, and Practice Leaders to execute effective go-to-market strategies.
* Represent Digital Velocity solutions in key customer engagements, executive meetings, and industry events.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years experience delivering large scale, enterprise-class technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support including 3 years managerial experience. Or, 14 years' experience delivering large scale, enterprise-class technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support including 3 years managerial experience
* Proven ability to lead and influence teams, drive consensus, and deliver on critical outcomes.
* AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
* Proven experience selling/managing AWS Professional and Managed Services solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to resolve complex customer, project, and personnel issues creatively and effectively.
* Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and experience working with technology vendors and partners.
* rack record of achieving revenue and gross profit targets through strategic leadership.
