The Senior Automation QA Engineer will execute and document test plans, perform regression testing, collaborate with teams, and assist in test automation.
We are looking for a skilled and driven Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Document and execute comprehensive test plans for products, ensuring functional requirements are being met.
- Perform regression testing against each release to ensure our product continues to meet high levels of quality.
- Identify and report any software defects and issues clearly.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other QA engineers to ensure quality standards are met and issues addressed effectively.
- Setup and maintain testing environments that mimic customers’ environments.
- Assist with automation of test cases, where possible, to optimize regression test cycles.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience with Playwright.
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience testing with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and similar data warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel.
- Experience working with Cloud technologies.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes and GitHub.
- Able to work with Linux OS, doing API and CLI based testing.
- Prior experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspaces.
- Automation skills highly desirable, but not required.
- Back-end engines testing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
