About the teamThe Strategy & Operations team at Airwallex plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s overall growth and efficiency. We are a collaborative group of analysts, strategists, and operational experts who are passionate about translating vision into action. We leverage market and data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimize processes, identify strategic growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex scales efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll doThis is a generalist role on the Revenue Operations team where you will align with one business segment, either SMB or Enterprise. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is capable of balancing multiple initiatives, thriving in uncertainty, and ruthlessly prioritizing to deliver the maximum impact.
This hybrid role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
Responsibilities:Territory Management: Work closely with sales leadership to build, maximize, and align high quality accounts for sales
Process improvement: Identity process gaps and take ownership to execute solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial team
Reporting and Analytics: Own reporting and analysis that support GTM objectives and identify gaps to improve
Problem Solving: Investigate and structure data to highlight business opportunities, monitor GTM performance, and support decision making by leadership
Comp Plans and Commissions: Partner with sales leadership to develop compensation plans, while also leading the commission process
Strategic Projects: Work on strategic projects in partnership with sales leadership and other stakeholders
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:At least 2 years of revenue operations experience
Salesforce experience (Admin preferred, not required)
Familiarity with our sales stack: Outreach, Zoominfo, Clay, Salesforce
Experience using Excel/Gsheets and BI tools (Looker a plus)
Start up, technology, financial services and/or experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment
Excellent English written, verbal and presentation skills with clear, concise communications
Experience with compensation and commission plans, nice to have
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on
Success-oriented and hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes
Able to work collaboratively with people at all levels and across functions and cultures
