You'll work with a large cross-functional team, all the way from research to proposing solutions and delivering. The ideal candidate for this role has knowledge and experience with developing solutions centered around language research, NLP methods, Generative AI and designing AI agents. You have both a deep technical understanding of the rapidly developing state of language models and a passion to bring them to life in ways that improves the associate and customer experience. You are able to align a large group of stakeholders, and are comfortable speaking with senior leaders to help educate and advocate for these next generation solutions.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
