Position Summary

You will be part of the Data Management Product Team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, refining, and prioritizing product requirements. The right candidate is an exceptionally self-motivated problem-solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team. You have excellent communication, project management, business analysis, approach situations with a win-win stance, and you are a great critical thinker. You feel empowered through passion and commitment to deliver products with your finest craftsmanship. Prior technical and data background is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the product delivery.
  • Define and drive the implementation and delivery of short to medium-term vision for the product/services.
  • Plan the product roadmap, manage the product backlog, and feature development and prioritize user stories to balance internal & external demands with available resources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, research and design team, development team to design, build, test, and review the product, while ensuring development projects are delivered on time and high accordance in quality as expected by corporate standards.
  • Gather & prioritize requirements from sales, marketing, data scientists, & directly from customers & partners.
  • Recommend new opportunities based on market analysis, industry trends and customer inputs.
  • Document and keep requirements, specifications, and use cases for new product features up to date.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience leading/managing agile product development as product owner/manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual.
  • Experience in leading / driving a software development team.
  • Great understanding on data and the ability to use data to inform decision-making and prioritization.
  • Solid understanding of data integration tools, data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
  • Great understanding on Agile methodology.
  • Basic understanding on Master Data Management.
  • Experience with UX/UI concepts
  • Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication. 

Desired Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years of product management experience, data related product a plus
  • Prior project management experience

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
