What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Presentation Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design to elevate our visual storytelling across executive-level presentations, pitch decks, and branded materials. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking, requiring a designer who can transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation Design:
- Create visually stunning presentations using PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with executives, marketing colleagues, and other teams to develop high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, and client-facing materials.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Graphic Design:
- Design supporting assets including infographics, digital ads, social media graphics, and print and digital collateral.
- Develop custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
- Assist in branding initiatives and visual identity development.
- Creative Strategy:
- Translate abstract concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
- Provide creative direction and design consultation to stakeholders.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate output.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in presentation design and graphic design.
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Figma.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with executives, supporting teams and handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar).
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
- Portfolio showcasing high-end presentation work and diverse design projects.
