Senior Associate, Presentation Designer

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Presentation Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design to elevate our visual storytelling across executive-level presentations, pitch decks, and branded materials. This role blends creativity with strategic thinking, requiring a designer who can transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Presentation Design:
  • Create visually stunning presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Collaborate with executives, marketing colleagues, and other teams to develop high-impact pitch decks, investor presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
• Graphic Design:
  • Design supporting assets including infographics, digital ads, social media graphics, and print and digital collateral.
  • Develop custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance storytelling.
  • Assist in branding initiatives and visual identity development.
• Creative Strategy:
  • Translate abstract concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Provide creative direction and design consultation to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate output.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in presentation design and graphic design.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working with executives, supporting teams and handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
   

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects or similar).
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
• Portfolio showcasing high-end presentation work and diverse design projects.
