Arm is looking for a Manager of PAI Market Intelligence to help shape how our Physical AI BU sizes market opportunities, positions against competition, and prices into a rapidly evolving market. Our customers are building innovative, real-world AI systems-humanoid robots, industrial automation, AVs, drones, with more Physical AI innovation on the way. The Market Intelligence function sits at the intersection of Product, GTM, and Strategy & Ecosystem, informing product and commercial decisions across the BU.
In this role you'll partner closely with the Director of Market Intelligence on the BU's core analytical infrastructure, leading various market studies and analyses, with direct exposure to the BU leadership team. While an analytical role, the right candidate will have the business judgment and communication skills to influence senior leaders and the intellectual honesty to defend rigorous conclusions under pressure.

In this role you'll partner closely with the Director of Market Intelligence on the BU's core analytical infrastructure, leading various market studies and analyses, with direct exposure to the BU leadership team. While an analytical role, the right candidate will have the business judgment and communication skills to influence senior leaders and the intellectual honesty to defend rigorous conclusions under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead deep-dive market studies on physical AI segments (e.g. autonomous vehicles, humanoids, AMRs, etc.) and synthesize market trends
- Build bottom-up TAM models across priority Physical AI markets
- Research cost and performance benchmarks that underpin the BU's value based pricing framework
- Maintain the competitive tracker across roadmap signals, design wins, performance benchmarks and architecture-level comparisons
- Synthesize analyses on make-vs-buy, system BOM economics and cost curves, and platform TCO
- Translate findings into clear recommendations for Physical AI leadership team and present them in high-stakes cross-functional settings
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3-5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or Biz Ops at a semiconductor or deep-tech company
- Strong financial and analytical modeling skills (experience building complex TAM models, DCF analysis for investment decisions)
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, particularly in distilling complex analyses into executive-grade narratives
- Intellectual honesty and independence
"Nice To Have" Skills and Experience :
- Prior work experience in semiconductors, robotics, autonomous vehicles, or automotive
- Advanced technical degree (EE / CS)
