We're looking for a (Senior) Associate Growth Manager to own paid social strategy and performance for a portfolio of high-value DTC and e-commerce clients.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a principled, performance-obsessed marketer with deep META expertise and a background in direct-to-consumer brands.

You'll engineer winning strategies, transform complex data into decisive action, and directly influence results for category-defining brands.

⚡ 3+ years of paid social experience managing high-budget accounts ($500K+/month).
🛒 D2C / E-commerce background — you understand the unique dynamics of direct-to-consumer brands.

📈 Absolute spreadsheet mastery — advanced analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
🏆 Proven track record of solving complex challenges independently.
🎤 Confident presenter — ability to command a room during high-stakes client presentations.
🧠 Principled thinker — you approach marketing with frameworks and first-principles reasoning.
