Role Overview:
The Financial Planning Specialist position will work in conjunction with Financial Planning Consultants, insupporting Eagle advisors and staff on a wide range of financial planning issues. The candidate should haveexcellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, comfortable prioritizing workflow,and making independent decisions for the planning team as a whole when called upon. This position will involveheavy collaboration with both internal and external business partners- being a strong team player is a must.
What You'll Do:
  • Being the first point of contact on financial planning cases- working closely with advisors in reviewing initialplan data, and making sure the client's current financial situation is accurate and complete.
  • Working closely with Financial Planning Consultants in analyzing cases, discussing implementation opportunitiesand leveraging eMoney to clearly convey recommended strategies.
  • Sharing best practices in regard to case design to ensure planners and staff are engaged in an efficient andrepeatable process.
  • Delivering eMoney demo's to new subscribers.
  • Participating and delivering financial planning content at various conferences, in person visits and webinars-particularly new planner certification training.
  • Leveraging Salesforce to record all day to day activities.
  • Occasional Software testing for new programs and updates to existing programs

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience
  • Series 7 and 65/66 required, CFP or CHfC designation within 24 months of hire
  • Working knowledge of Financial Planning Software (i.e., eMoney)
  • Ability to create (both written and designed) guidance on planning software that is targeted to the FinancialPlanners
  • Requires working knowledge of Financial Planning concepts and software

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $95,500-$125,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
