As a Senior Associate Delivery Manager, you'll guide projects through the software development lifecycle with maximum efficiency, transparency, and organization. You will be heavily involved with roadmap execution for new and existing feature development and day-to-day engineering operations. Serving as the liaison between a team of Software Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other areas of the organization, you'll contribute to the planning and execution of features, enhancements, and quality improvements.

What you'll do as a Senior Associate Delivery Manager
- Maintain an up-to-date view of roadmap commitments, aligning expectations between Product and Technology stakeholders while ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Lead and support agile development teams, working closely with Engineers to ensure technical implementation notes are thorough and accurate while proactively identifying and resolving blockers and dependencies with other teams.
- Facilitate the prioritization and sequencing of backlog items, ensuring alignment with strategic value and business goals.
- Provide transparent reporting on project progress, identifying potential risks, tracking launch plans, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Balance resource constraints while maintaining high product quality standards and achieving quarterly roadmap goals.
- Partner with Release Managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain expected delivery cadence.
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of experience working with and managing cross-functional relationships within a large, fast-paced organization.
- Experience working with Scrum/Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a technical or analytical field.
- Basic understanding of technical terminology related to software applications & infrastructure.
- Experience with customer advocacy, process improvement, and analytical analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity or interest in the sports betting industry and product landscape is a strong plus.
