Job Description
The Senior Associate will be a key member of the Customer Lifecycle Team, focusing on executing marketing strategies and launching campaigns for Credit Card Account customer marketing programs. This role is part of the Customer Marketing & Experience team within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a vital component of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group. The team is responsible for strategies and marketing for existing consumer credit card customers, including segments such as Early Month on Book (EMOB), Low Tenure, Product Trade, as well as Retention.
In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing strategies and launch campaigns that engage customers at key moments in their lifecycle such as on product trades as well as the early tenure experience. You will work closely with product and Card Member Service teams across the Card organization to help operationalize segmentation and drive customer loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute product upgrade/downgrade and subsequent onboarding strategies across products.
- Assist in creating and managing segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing programs for different customer segments.
- Support the management of reporting for campaigns and overall engagement metrics at both the portfolio and individual product levels.
- Work with partners on product upgrades/downgrades strategies, helping to synthesize results and implement new tactics.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing onboarding marketing campaigns and the development of new strategies for specific segments.
- Utilize insights from campaign analytics to summarize marketing performance highlights and support data-driven strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3-5 years direct marketing experience
- Experience working with multiple internal and external partners
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to leverage data to develop strategies and understand success metrics.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adhere to risk/control procedures and maintain a customer-first mindset.
