The Business Solutions Group (BSG) at HCVT works across multiple service lines within the firm to evaluate their technology and process needs. We meet those needs by delivering best practice software implementations, custom development, and process design. Our team consists of business analysts, developers, and strategic leadership.
As a Senior Application Development Manager in our Fort Worth office, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout SDLC to develop the following: applications to support accounting, tax, and internal operations, integrations with AI tools and LLM's and data processing tools
- Builds high-performance web and Windows UI
- Manages production cloud computing and DevOps environments
- Mentors and supports growth of other developers on the team
- Uses and improves existing software development frameworks, principles, and processes
- Supports client on-boarding and ongoing maintenance/support
To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field required; accounting education/experience a plus
- 7+ years developing software
- Experience with Javascript, Typescript, AngularJS, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Azure
- Web components, Lit/Shoelace, Excel DNA, iText, SSRS, Azure DevOps is a plus
- Intellectual curiosity about new approaches, frameworks, and technologies
- Experience testing and troubleshooting applications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and documentation skills

This salary range is specific to the state(s) listed and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill set and education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the range for this position is $135,000 to $175,000.
