rhode is seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager of Analytics to own end-to-end analytics across our digital ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth across site optimization, performance marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and customer experience.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in ecommerce, marketing, product, and customer service to provide strategic data guidance, dashboards, and recommendations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about joining a high-growth beauty brand.

What You’ll Do
1. Site & Marketing Mix Analytics
      Lead analysis of customer behavior across rhode’s ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Meta Checkout, TikTok Shop, etc), CRM platforms (Email/SMS), and performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google, Affiliates).
      Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, CLTV, new customer acquisition, and other site performance metrics
      Develop and maintain dashboards in Shopify, GA4, Looker, Tableau, Northbeam, Triple Whale or similar tools
2. Experimentation & Optimization
      Partner with digital product, growth marketing and retention marketing teams to design and evaluate A/B tests and personalization efforts
      Identify trends and opportunities across digital channels, providing actionable insights with profitable growth
3. Customer Insights
      Segment and analyze customer cohorts to inform lifecycle strategies, loyalty, retention, and CRM, providing insights on purchase behavior, maximizing cart value and repeat purchase
      Support the launch and optimization of new programs (subscription, loyalty, international expansion) with data
4. Data Governance & Infrastructure
      Partner with data engineering and web development teams to ensure clean data collection, tagging, and pipeline health
      Evaluate and integrate analytics tools and vendors as needed, leading the RFP process for MMM and MTA tools
      Build a culture of continuous improvement and optimization through data


What You’ll Bring
      5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in DTC ecommerce or consumer tech
      Deep fluency in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker (or similar BI), AWS, and SQL
      Experience with attribution modeling (MTA) and media mix evaluation (MMM)
      Understanding of customer journey and funnel analysis,
      Hands-on experience running and analyzing A/B tests, incrementality, hold-out groups, and match market testing
      Ability to synthesize and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
      Highly collaborative, with a bias toward action and curiosity
      Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment preferred
