ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for an experienced analyst to elevate Built's go-to-market (GTM) analytics and forecasting. As the Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM Analytics, you'll partner closely with executives across our GTM teams to drive faster, bigger and more frequent wins as we expand our footprint across the construction ecosystem.

You'll build forecast models, keep a sharp eye on our sales pipelines, develop intuitive dashboards and turn complex data into clear insights that guide revenue strategy. As part of our Data Science & Analytics organization, you’ll work alongside talented analysts, data scientists, and product managers to build a world-class, scalable data pipelines (dbt) that drive growth and operational excellence. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business strategy, and communication.

In this role, you will: 

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data-marts, and dashboards that will provide a complete view of Built’s business from Demand Generation to Client Success
  • Educate and enable cross-functional teams to leverage data-marts for operational and analytical purposes, creating scale and maximizing the effectiveness of data
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them, serving as a strategic partner in systems thinking and advanced analytical modeling
  • Support data users at Built by troubleshooting technical data issues and clearly articulating the problem and solution
  • Work with fellow members of the Data Science & Analytics team to support Built’s data platform and improve our internal documentation, data quality, standards for style and best practice

Qualifications (Must haves): 

  • Expert in SQL and understanding of at least one programming language (Python preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and/or data analytics
  • 2+ years of experience in cloud-based ELT technologies (Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt)
  • 2+ years of experience with analytics dashboarding and visualization tools (Sigma preferred)
  • Extensive expertise developing data models, maintaining data flows, and ensuring consistent data collection for cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working with Git and the command line
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills  

Built’s salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees.
