Role-
The Valuations Analyst plays a key role in supporting valuation engagements across various asset classes, businesses, and financial instruments. The role involves conducting detailed financial analysis, developing valuation models, and assisting senior team members in preparing high-quality deliverables for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Valuations Analyst to support valuation exercises for diverse assets and business operations. The role involves conducting financial analysis, building valuation models, preparing reports, and assisting senior team members with due diligence and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong quantitative skills, financial understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct valuation analyses using methodologies such as DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and Asset-Based approaches.
- Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses.
- Support the preparation of valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Collect, review, and interpret financial statements and market data.
- Work closely with senior analysts and managers on valuation assignments and strategic advisory engagements.
- Perform industry and sector research to support valuation assumptions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external valuation standards.
- Assist in due diligence activities for transactions and audits (as required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and valuation concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of valuation standards (IVS, IFRS, etc.) is an advantage.
- Pursuing or completed certifications such as CFA, ASA, CPA, CA, or related professional credentials.
- Internship or prior experience in valuation, investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial analysis.
