Who are we hiring?

 The Senior Analyst Workforce Systems is responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting MSG’s implementation of the Workforce Software system. The Senior Analyst will partner with IT, Venue Operations, and integration partners to ensure optimal and accurate configuration of time and attendance and advanced scheduling processes.  Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for designing and configuring complex business logic into pay rules to ensure accurate and timely integration with our payroll system.   This outcomes-oriented person enjoys solving complex problems through code and is experienced with agile project methodologies and automated delivery pipelines. 

 What will you do? 

  • Configuration of time & attendance, call-out, advance scheduler, pay rules, attendance, and accrual modules
  • Complete projects of high complexity supporting all areas of the Workforce Software system in support of our Venue Operations
  • Complete assigned configuration tasks as requested for front end user and business needs
  • Support data and analytics using Workforce data for adhoc reporting for Finance, payroll and other business users
  • Maintain system tables of employee, rate, and scheduling information
  • Design test cases, and participate in the review and testing of code/configuration releases

 What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
  • Workforce Software certifications a plus
  • 5+ years’ experience with Time & Attendance in Workforce Software
  • 3+ years’ experience with Advance Scheduler in Workforce Software
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Policy editor in Workforce Software
  • Expertise of Workforce Software system architecture including database schema
  • Comfortable writing SQL to generate reports or data extraction
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with business stakeholders to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,000 - $165,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations for this role in Burbank, Las Vegas and New York City. This role is available on site in all three aforementioned cities.
