How you will make history here…

The Senior Analyst, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning plays a pivotal role in enhancing Campbell’s HR strategy through the effective use of Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning modules. As a strategic partner to HR and IT, this role will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of these modules to support a high-impact talent lifecycle and elevate the employee experience. This individual will deliver scalable and compliant solutions, enable data-driven decisions, and help drive the adoption of HR technology across the organization.
 

What you will do…

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning, serving as the primary point of contact for business partners and IT stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules in alignment with evolving HR strategies, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and solutioning sessions with HR partners to deliver continuous improvement and process innovation.
  • Support the full system lifecycle including testing, documentation, and deployment of enhancements and integrations.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure Workday modules are optimized for usability, compliance, and performance.
  • Monitor Workday releases to evaluate impact and lead deployment of relevant updates in the Talent, Recruiting, and Learning domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance user experience through Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and support to HR business users on Workday features and enhancements.
  • Engage with Workday community forums to stay informed on new functionality, trends, and shared solutions.
  • Work in partnership with the HRIT Director, IT leadership, and Information Security to ensure HR systems are secure, scalable, and governed appropriately.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate support for third-party systems that integrate with Workday.
  • Deep knowledge of Human Resource Processes and the Information and Technology supporting these processes
  • Proven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model
  • The ability to translate business needs into IT service and solution requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation

  • The ability to comprehend rapidly the functions and capabilities of new trends and technologies
  • The ability to architect and present solutions across the HR Technology Portfolio with options to business and HR stakeholders
  • Support applications integrated with Workday such as Paradox hiring platform, Accurate Background Check, and Perceptx employee engagement

What you bring to the table…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 years of experience in HR systems with a strong emphasis on Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.
  • Hands-on Workday configuration experience in Talent Acquisition, Performance, Succession, Learning, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how technology enables workforce planning, hiring, learning, and development.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, gather and refine requirements, and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
  • Experience with integrations, data mapping, reporting/analytics, testing, and change management in a cloud HRIS environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$104,900-$150,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
