As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Operations, you'll optimize GTM processes, collaborate with teams, analyze data, and drive improvements in sales performance and forecasting.

As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the Partner Leadership team, focusing on strategic planning, sales optimization, all things GTM, and operational excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, & Finance – to drive performance, streamline processes, and support scalable growth initiatives. This high-impact role thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and offers visibility across the organization, including executive leadership. Projects will span both strategic and operational efforts such as go-to-market (GTM) planning, territory alignment, PRM (Partner Relationship Management) optimization, data quality improvement, sales pipeline management, market segmentation, and business performance reviews. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a startup mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Serve as a strategic partner across GTM planning, processes, systems, and analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and transparency
- Own funnel analytics and reporting across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, health metrics)
- Drive forecasting excellence and facilitate weekly forecast calls to monitor deal progression
- Lead revenue planning initiatives, including headcount modeling and sales capacity planning
- Optimize partner and sales processes, including pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and territory alignment
- Define KPIs and maintain dashboards that offer real-time insights into lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and sales performance
- Partner with Finance to align compensation planning and quota targets with company objectives
- Support enablement by collaborating with Sales and Partner teams to implement process improvements
- Identify and remove friction points across the customer journey to improve conversion rates and revenue efficiency
- Deliver executive-level reporting and revenue insights to support board and leadership discussions
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in modeling and interpreting complex business data
- Proficiency in Salesforce (required) and PRM platforms (e.g., Impartner)
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including modeling and forecasting
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline metrics, forecasting, GTM planning, and territory design
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects under tight deadlines while adapting to shifting priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across multiple departments and leadership levels
- Familiarity with SQL or similar data query tools (a plus)
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a passion for scalable, results-focused operations
