Senior Analyst, Product Delivery (Mastercard Academy)
Overview
This role is responsible for supporting all customer training needs across the LAC region (excluding Brazil). The position oversees the administrative, operational, and management aspects required for the planning, development, delivery, and execution of customer training programs and related events.
Role
Manage the end-to-end delivery of trainings to customers:
Lead processes from start to finish, ensuring their effective execution and alignment with the intended outcomes
Lead the Open/Customized training for divisions/markets assigned
Work closely with the team to develop content, tailor-made trainings agenda
Create/Issue marketing flyers for courses
Send course invites/confirmations to customers
Produce recurring registration reports for the markets
Lead and arrange logistics for courses (virtual or face to face delivery)
Edit and upload course recordings to share folder
Manage the Customer Loyalty program
Maintain the customer email registration database (e-mailing list) by compiling information from multiple sources.
Maintain registration website updated (Calendar of Events)
Responsible for the Mastercard Academy Inbox management: respond to customer inquiries and act as the central point of contact for both customers and Mastercard representatives to ensure the timely response and resolution of day-to-day customer issues related to Academy trainings.
Maintain the customer Academy gift inventory (merchandising) in all LAC Mastercard offices; re-order items as needed. Additionally, fulfill trainers needs for customer gifts upon request.
Provide virtual/onsite support with Open courses as needed.
Maintain internal Academy records database (trainer names, dates, participants, etc.).
Assist in the production of recurring Academy Executive report.
Maintain Academy's database updated.
Support the Mastercard Academy on the Web platform, as needed.
Keep appraised of other regions' new courses/new content regularly and lead the process to deploy them in LAC, as needed.
Assist in the production of the yearly calendar, by organizing meetings with key stakeholders and producing final copy.
Other ad-hoc administrative support to the area.
