Growth Marketing Pro is looking for a mid-level individual contributor that has expertise in paid media campaign execution and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, troubleshoot complex client problems, know when and how to ask for help, and have a history of excellence in their previous work. All of this should be supported by their technical expertise, communication style, organization, and project management experience.

This person should be able to understand and execute full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategy. They should also be able to research, develop, execute, and articulate solutions to improve campaign tracking, revenue attribution, and performance visibility for internal and client-side stakeholders.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 USD

Responsibilities

  • Independently prioritize and manage projects across paid media and marketing ops.
  • Serve as direct support to client leads.
  • Reporting expertise - consistently monitor and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across applicable platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Tracking and Analytics: Implement best-practices for tracking and attribution across applicable platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Employ project management and reporting best-practices that provide project visibility to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience delivering successful paid acquisition campaigns across multiple ad platforms. 
  • Hands-on experience and demonstrable expertise in marketing operations platforms (tagging + tracking, CRM attribution, etc.)
  • A demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and subject matter.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and communicate actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders from various forms of data.
  • Project management skills that increase working capacity, clearly prioritize high-value work, and provide visibility to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell stories that persuade others to take action. 
  • Has ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of your marketing strategies + workflows.
  • Working knowledge of reporting from Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, or any other CRM
  • Working knowledge of tracking implementation and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and concepts

Nice-to-Have

  • Business acumen - understands and pays attention to factors outside of paid media that affect the success of the client (other marketing channels, marketing automation, sales process, LTV:CAC, etc)
  • Hands-on experience in creative strategy and development (ad creative, landing pages, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience in multiple paid social platforms
  • Deep experience in a specific vertical (B2B SaaS, ecommerce, professional services, healthcare, etc)
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and content marketing
