Job Description

The eCommerce Business Analytics team is an integral part of the eCommerce & Customer Marketing team. This individual will collaborate with key cross-functional partners to improve the strategy, insights, and analytics and work to integrate important analytical projects into the business.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
 

  • Analyze overall business health performance, acquire a deep understanding of business performance and correlations, and provide detailed performance insights to cross-functional teams to drive the business. Develop and communicate diagnostics to aid in business health initiatives planning.
  • Help with process improvement to ensure manual reporting and monitoring are being actioned and driving performance in market
  • Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects in eCommerce analytics. Ability to influence will be instrumental, as well as attention to detail.
  • Creating appropriate documentation and training that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommended system modifications and development policies for data governance.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
 

  • 3+ years proven experience in Data Science, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field. Consumer packaged goods experience is preferred.
  • Leadership skills to manage project from beginning to end without the need for oversight.
  • Advanced in Excel and ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets. Technical proficiency in SQL, R, Python preferred.
  • Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to tell a story, leveraging data and insights.
  • Ability to think strategically about the information that will help stakeholders make data-driven business decisions and to communicate the value of this information effectively.
  • Comfort with unstructured data.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$89,800.00 - $112,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
