Position Summary

As a member of the Client and Network Pricing Team you will be responsible for supporting drug pricing initiatives aimed at driving efficient pricing to our members for Commercial, Medicaid, Med D, and other Lines of Business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing MAC prices and communicate recommendations to the client
  • Respond to client requests for information and reports
  • Establish and implement MAC prices
  • Performing QC steps to confirm the accuracy of price updates
  • Developing a core understanding of drug pricing, underwriting, network pharmacy performance, and PBM operations
  • Identifying opportunities for process and documentation improvements

To be successful, you will work as part of a team to optimize MAC prices, implement MAC prices as needed to meet pricing commitments and requirements, perform QC processes, develop reports, and perform other tasks as needed to support business needs. You will collaborate with  both the client and internal business partners as needed to accomplish required tasks.
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years work experience in underwriting, network provider relations, finance or analytics.
  • SAS, SQL or Python experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in healthcare, pharmacy or PBM.
  • Strong organizational skills & time management
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Possess a desire to learn and grow through tackling new challenges
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Experience with business intelligence
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Innovative thinker who is not afraid to propose new ideas and alternative solutions to a problem
  • History of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Understanding of how a PBM works

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
