Primary Purpose: The Senior Benefits Analyst position is responsible for operational excellence across health & welfare and retirement plans, ensuring seamless program delivery. This position oversees the day-to-day administration of a comprehensive suite of employee benefits, including but not limited to:
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Health Care Spending Accounts
  • Retirement Plans
  • Voluntary and work-life support benefits
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Benefits to...
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of comprehensive health and welfare benefits programs in compliance with applicable laws
  • Partner with third-party administrators and vendors to deliver seamless, employee-centered benefits
  • Manage the day-to-day retirement plan administration in partnership with third party vendor
  • Perform operational and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and data integrity
  • Engage with cross functional partners to address and resolve vendor file discrepancies and drive enhancement
  • Prepare monthly benefits cost reporting for budgeting and forecasting purposes
  • Oversee end-to-end invoice management and processing for benefits vendors
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data requests surrounding benefits programs and initiatives
  • Prepare and deliver benefits utilization reports in partnership with vendor contacts
  • Create and maintain benefits process documentation
  • Support end-to-end annual enrollment planning and execution activities
  • Support special projects and change management initiatives related to benefits strategy and operations

The accomplished individual will possess...
  • 3+ years of progressive benefits experience, ideally supporting large employee populations; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Solid understanding of health & welfare programs, retirement plans, and compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
  • Proven ability to leverage data and technology to inform benefit decisions
  • Experience in driving for continuous process improvement
  • Skilled in managing special projects

Work Setup: Hybrid
BASE PAY RANGE $80,000 TO $100,000 ANNUALLY
