Are you ready to drive Coveo’s growth through strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships? As part of our rapid expansion, Coveo is seeking a high-performing Senior Alliances Manager focused on sales. Reporting to the VP of Alliances and Partnerships for North America, you will lead the development and management of relationships with strategic ISV partners. This includes engaging and raising awareness among alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams. As Senior Alliances Manager, you will collaborate closely with key partners like Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, and others throughout their early-stage sales cycles and across their sales organizations, advocating for AI-powered search solutions and opportunities.

This role is fast-paced, highly visible, and key to driving the future success of Coveo’s revenue teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing relationships and increasing awareness about Coveo solutions with key stakeholders from ISVs including alliances, sales, product, and marketing teams across North America, and collaborating with the team on global initiatives and strategies.
  • Developing, managing and driving strategic co-selling partnerships with ISVs, including developing joint GTM plans and targets.
  • Collaborate with your peers leading SI partnerships to align on ISV-SI relationships and plays, and collaborating on potential ISV integration opportunities with Coveo product teams.
  • Helping coordinate and deliver sales, functional and technical enablement with key teams within our ISV partners.
  • Create robust follow-up campaigns in conjunction with marketing around any events, webinars hosted. Engage with marketing to build programs designed to produce a steady sales pipeline over time. 
  • Nurturing partner pipeline in conjunction with inside sales and Coveo AEs so it becomes properly qualified and sales ready. 
  • Driving partners/prospects to meet Coveo at events, as well as meeting face-to-face with ISV partners for regular planning and QBR meetings. Regularly attend and present to various user groups within the partner ecosystems. 
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of partner engagements, tracking progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement.

Here is what will qualify you for the role 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an Alliances role in SaaS, creating and implementing partner programs with Salesforce, Shopify, ServiceNow, Adobe, Genesys, etc.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and managing global strategic ISV partnerships, with measurable results in a co-selling motion.
  • Exposure to our market and use cases for Commerce and Knowledge (Service, Websites, and Workplace).
  • Track record of creating and executing successful channel/alliance strategies, gaining senior management support, and increasing vendor awareness within ecosystems.
  • Self-starter with a strong independent, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Built and managed C-Level partner relationships enabling top to top engagement.
