Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an experienced senior all-source analyst / Air Force ISR SME to support a U.S. Government Institutional Capacity Building initiative aimed at enhancing air domain awareness and establishing a functioning Fusion Center (IDFC) for a partner nation in INDOPACOM.
Location: Remote support (CONUS) and forward engagements (OCONUS) as part of a U.S. Government team.

Availability: Immediate
Objective:
To assist a partner nation in developing and implementing a Fusion Center that can consolidate and analyze ISR data across geographically distinct units. The SME will advise on fusion processes, support the assessment of partner capabilities, and contribute to the design of enduring all-source analysis functions that support air operations.
SME Requirements:

Level of Effort:
- Pre-Engagement: Approximately 30 hours/month.
- Engagement: Approximately 80 hours/month during engagement months.
- Post-Engagement: Support as needed.
Availability: Immediate
Objective:
To assist a partner nation in developing and implementing a Fusion Center that can consolidate and analyze ISR data across geographically distinct units. The SME will advise on fusion processes, support the assessment of partner capabilities, and contribute to the design of enduring all-source analysis functions that support air operations.
SME Requirements:
- Significant intelligence analysis experience (O-5/O-6 or unique E-9 experience)
- Significant experience in U.S. Air Force ISR analysis and operational tasking.
- Experience working with allies and partners at the operational and strategic level.
- Expertise with Air Domain Awareness and integration of air data and information.
- Experience with Air Operation Centers command and control and methods of data collection, analysis, and dissemination.
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
- Experience as a strategist in senior headquarters: joint, multi-national or interagency, either operationally or institutionally; INDOPACOM air and maritime operations experience a strong advantage.
- Experience in strategic assessment and evaluation of strategy, plans, and operations and assessment of risk
- Knowledge of virtual environment facilitation techniques and tools
- Strong analytical skills and excellent skills in interpreting and drafting a broad range of documents.
