Manufacturing demands exceptionally high performance. We're developing intelligent robots to address the long-tail challenges in this industry. This has been a longstanding challenge that traditional robots have been unable to overcome. We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in video generation, neural simulators, large-scale model training, and foundational model development, with a strong understanding of robotics and software engineering. Your expertise will help bring AI-driven robotic capabilities to life, enabling intelligent and adaptive machines.

This role can be located in our Columbus, Ohio Headquarters or Remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Give our robots a world model where they can learn and imagine. 
  • Develop a multimodal neural simulator for manufacturing tasks. 
  • Full stack AI engineering including but not limited to data pipelines, model training, and model deployment. 
  • Design, train, and optimize large-scale models from scratch for robotic perception and control.
  • Stay up to date with advancement generative AI to improve the fleet performance.

Who You Are

  • Built and deployed modern AI robotics systems in an industry setting.
  • You have projects related to neural simulators and world models.
  • Experience with training video generation models.
  • Experience with training large models and relevant tooling and infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and robotics applications.
  • Strong software engineering skills with expertise in Python and ML frameworks (JAX, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Contributed to open-source projects or publications in top-tier robotics/ML conferences.
