About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Lead to own and grow affiliate marketing programs across a portfolio of high-profile consumer brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and is excited to serve as the agency's affiliate subject matter expert.

As the dedicated affiliate lead, you will oversee every aspect of affiliate program management—from forecasting, recruitment, and campaign strategy to platform administration, reporting, and partner communications. This is a highly autonomous role that requires equal comfort developing long-term growth strategies and rolling up your sleeves to manage day-to-day program operations.

The Affiliate Lead will initially oversee a minimum of two affiliate programs, with the opportunity to expand their scope as the affiliate offering continues to grow. This role will partner closely with clients, production teams, analytics, and senior agency leadership to drive measurable business results and establish best practices across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Strategy & Growth
  • Own affiliate program strategy across a portfolio of client brands, driving revenue growth and partner engagement.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts using historical performance data and market trends.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to achieve revenue, recruitment, and performance goals.
  • Design and implement incentive programs, commission structures, and promotional strategies to increase affiliate participation and conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to scale affiliate programs through recruitment, optimization, and new partnership development.
Program Management & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of affiliate campaigns within platforms such as GRIN, Levanta and ShopMy
  • Manage campaign setup, affiliate onboarding, code creation, link generation, product fulfillment coordination, and partner communications.
  • Recruit, vet, and cultivate relationships with new affiliate partners.
  • Oversee commission tracking and payout processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners, troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong relationships.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor program performance and pacing on an ongoing basis, providing regular updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Partner with Analytics to develop monthly and quarterly reporting that includes performance insights, key learnings, and strategic recommendations.
  • Track affiliate and post-level performance across reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy and actionable analysis.
  • Translate performance data into clear business recommendations that drive future program growth.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Education
  • Act as the agency's affiliate marketing expert, providing guidance and consultation to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead training sessions and educational workshops to increase affiliate knowledge across production and account teams.
  • Establish and refine processes that effectively integrate affiliate marketing into broader influencer and production workflows.
  • Partner with senior leaders, directors, and client teams to align affiliate strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members when applicable.
Business Development & Agency Growth
  • Support new business opportunities by contributing affiliate expertise to pitches, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
  • Help shape and evolve the agency's affiliate marketing offering, identifying opportunities to expand services and capabilities.
  • Contribute thought leadership and best practices that elevate affiliate marketing across the organization.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, including ownership of strategy, execution, reporting, and partner management.
  • Proven success managing affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Experience working directly with affiliate platforms and partnership technologies, including campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Experience mentoring, delegating work, or supporting junior team members is a plus.
  • Agency, influencer marketing, creator economy, or performance marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
