This role sits within ICONIQ Venture & Growth, which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support a Firm Partner and play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to broader team initiatives and special projects.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clear and schedules run smoothly
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, often on short timelines
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Partner, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and activities
  • Maintain and organize data across systems, including contact management and tracking interactions and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Support Team and colleagues across the firm
  • Improve administrative processes by building systems that enhance efficiency and organization
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
  • Manage expense reporting, including receipt collection and monthly submissions

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting environments is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
  • Interest in using technology and tools to improve workflows and productivity

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

 

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000.00-$120,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
