Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements
- Reviewing financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Performing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Preparing and reviewing annual/quarterly budgets, forecasts and financial reports
- Developing and implementing economic policies and procedures in the company
- Reviewing and processing vendor invoices with an accurate booking of TDS/GST in the Oracle system
- Providing timely financial information to support decision-making processes
- Contributing to the overall financial health and stability of the organization
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in an accounting/finance environment, preferably in tech industry/Information Technology
Skills and Qualifications:
- High collaboration and consultation skills with all levels of stakeholders
- Expert in monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities
- Record of providing timely financial information to support decision-making processes
- Demonstrated experience in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and studying account information
- Ability to manage treasury payment issues where applicable, including domestic and foreign payments
- Understanding of recorded loans and SEC and regulatory reporting
- Demonstrated experience preparing and presenting statements, such as balance sheets, income and cash flow
- Analytical skills to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement and provide insights to management for decision-making
- Ability to ensure that the organization complies with all financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards and reporting requirements in India

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
