What you'll work on
- Participate in the global month-end close process with a focus on consolidation and intercompany transactions in Oracle Fusion
- Support reconciliations, eliminations, and foreign currency translation across multiple legal entities
- Maintain and enhance documentation for key consolidation processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy
- Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data by applying governance standards
- Contribute to automation and system improvements by identifying and resolving process inefficiencies
- Support external audits through preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, including consolidation
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and intercompany accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accountability for deliverables
- Proven ability to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- CPA designation or progress toward certification
- Public accounting background
- Experience with automation tools, scripting, or AI-enhanced processes
