What You’ll Do:

The Corporate Accounting team at CoreWeave supports accurate and timely financial reporting for a fast-growing, global company. This team is responsible for consolidations, intercompany accounting, and compliance with GAAP and international reporting standards. We collaborate across functions—treasury, tax, legal, FP&A, and corporate development—to ensure operational and financial alignment at the entity level and support strategic growth.

About the Role:

As the Senior Accountant, Consolidation and Intercompany Accounting, you’ll play a critical role in managing our monthly and quarterly consolidation processes across global entities. You will ensure proper accounting for intercompany transactions, support eliminations, and provide key reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the company’s ongoing compliance, expansion, and reporting accuracy as we scale.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with global consolidations, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.

  • Record, reconcile, and document all intercompany billings, loans, and settlements.

  • Support the financial integration of new entities, legal entity setups, and dissolutions.

  • Collaborate with tax and treasury on transfer pricing, FX, and intercompany loans.

  • Prepare subsidiary and consolidated financial statements, including audit support.

  • Drive improvements in automation, documentation, and internal controls for intercompany and consolidation activities.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on consolidations and intercompany transactions.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements.

  • Experience with multi-entity accounting and foreign currency considerations.

  • Proficient in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of working across time zones.

  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification (or in progress).

  • Experience with NetSuite and FloQast (or similar close management software).

  • Exposure to international entities and cross-border accounting workflows.

Wondering if you’re a good fit?

We believe in investing in our people and value candidates who bring unique experiences to our team—even if you’re not a 100% skill match. If some of this describes you, we’d love to talk:

  • You love solving puzzles with complex accounting transactions.

  • You’re curious about how global business operations impact financial reporting.

  • You’re an expert in connecting the dots across cross-functional accounting workflows.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
