Position Summary

The Senior Account Supervisor, Experiential Marketing leads the day-to-day management of experiential marketing programs for an integrated agency specializing in experiential, social and influencer marketing, creative, and branding. This is a remote position, with occasional travel as needed for key meetings/events. This role is ideal for an experienced experiential account lead who can manage multiple projects at once, lead client communication, oversee scopes, budgets, and timelines, and guide cross-functional teams through the development and delivery of brand activations, pop-ups, events, launches, mobile tours, sponsorship activations, immersive experiences, and integrated campaigns.

This is not a sales role. Strong industry relationships are valuable, and this person may support organic growth and pitch efforts, but the primary focus is client leadership, experiential program management, and executional excellence. A key differentiator for this role is experience and knowledge of the multicultural marketing space (specifically LGBTQ+, Black and Latine communities) and/or experience in HIV and healthcare marketing.

  • Bring a strong understanding of how live experiences connect to social, influencer content, PR, and broader brand storytelling

Scope, Budget & Timeline Oversight

  • Own or closely oversee scopes of work, workback schedules, budgets, staffing plans, client approvals, and change orders
  • Work with project management, production, and operations teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard.
  • Track project health, flag risks early, and help solve issues before they affect the client relationship or delivery
  • Maintain financial discipline around budgets, scope management, and margin awareness.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor account team members and cross-functional contributors across active experiential programs.
  • Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, and ensure team members understand priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities.

  • Support process improvements that make experiential work more efficient, consistent, and scalable.

Growth & Pitch Support

  • Use strong industry relationships and market awareness to strengthen client service and source smart partners.
  • Recognize opportunities for organic growth within existing client relationships.
  • Contribute to proposals, scopes, RFP responses, pitch materials, and experiential recommendations when needed.
  • Participate in new-business conversations as an experiential subject-matter contributor, without carrying a formal sales or lead-generation responsibility.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
