The Senior Account Sales Representative sells products to customers in multi-tenant buildings, building relationships with property managers and achieving sales goals. Role involves outdoor work and flexible hours.

Job Summary: Are you ready to help connect communities? As a Multi-Tenant Sales Representative, you'll sell our products and services to customers in buildings with 50+ units. You'll do this by knocking on doors, organizing lobby events, and creating strong relationships with property managers.
What our Outside Sales Representatives Enjoy Most About the Role• Supporting efforts to improve the customer experience.• Achieving sales goals and boosting sales volume with your assigned leads and property portfolio.• Establishing and maintaining relationships with residential customers and property managers.• Completing sales paperwork accurately and providing receipts according to company rules.• Keeping a well-informed knowledge base about competitors in your area and reporting changes in their strategies.
Working Conditions: In this role, you'll spend about 80% of your time outdoors in any weather, lift items weighing 10-20 pounds over short distances, and work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours, including holidays.
Required Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience:• 1+ year(s) in sales or customer service.
Technical Skills:• Familiarity with computers and related devices.
Skills & Abilities:• Good at cold-calling and persuasive communication.• Familiarity with computers and related devices.• Adaptable and self-motivated.• Strong communication skills.• Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of communication and data networking technologies.• Experience in telecommunications services.• 2+ years of sales or related work experience.
