Job Description

Reporting to our VP, Client Management, you will lead client relationships, working with wider teams on developing comprehensive social media strategies, and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.

This is a hybrid role based in our LA office. The expected salary range for this position is between $72,000 β€” 100,000 USD and is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build deep relationships with clients, serving as the main contact for social media-related matters. Understand clients' goals to create tailored social media solutions.
  • Work with wider teams to develop and implement social media strategies to achieve clients' goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to improve strategies accordingly.
  • Lead a team of social media professionals, encouraging a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, creative thought processes, and campaign execution.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of social media campaigns, ensuring they align with clients' goals and achieve desired outcomes
  • Translate data insights into relevant recommendations for clients, addressing important concerns and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with varied teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to provide integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on client-facing roles.
  • Experience developing social media strategies across a range of platforms.
  • Previous experience managing a small team, encouraging brainstorming and open discussions to foster a creative environment.
  • Proficiency in understanding social media production, including content creation, scheduling, and campaign execution.
  • You'll have experience utilizing market insights to make strategic decisions and develop business strategies.
