About the role

We have and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join the group working on a large publications and medical affairs account. This role would suit someone who enjoys the challenge of acquiring scientific knowledge and expertise across different therapy areas, and developing excellent relationships with clients.


Here's what you'll be doing:

As a Senior Account Manager, your role will be varied and could include scientific and strategic consultation, and management of professional relations with leading academics and development of a range of publications and medical affairs medical education projects. Using your strong project management skills and scientific expertise, you will help lead a team to deliver a range of services to clients. You will be responsible for the financial management of your areas of business delivering operational efficiency and help facilitate sustained organic growth and support the achievement of new business development targets.


About you:

To succeed, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred). Previous experience working in a medical communications agency working on publications projects is required, additional experience working in medical affairs is preferred. You will also need to demonstrate solid project management skills including financial budgeting skills. A strong ability to work well within a team along with exceptional client relations and communication skills is a must.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
Compensation
$85,000$112,000 USD
